Bob Claymier
Experience: 6th grade science and math teacher for 26 years; technology education coordinator for 9 years; adjunct instructor of Elementary Technology Education at Kent State University for 3 years, STEM consultant for several Ohio school districts, active in promoting STEM integration in collaboration with state legislators and business leaders.
Expertise: Interpretation of Ohio’s Academic Content Standards for Technology, developing and implementing integrated STEM lessons for the K-8 core curriculum, providing professional development in STEM integration for educational staff and leadership.
Bob has developed an effective method of providing standard-based technological study experiences for elementary school students. He has forged a great variety of approaches to interdisciplinary instruction, and has an extensive collection of elementary level teaching materials and resources. He has been critical to the development of Ohio’s Technology Academic Content Standards and model curriculum through his service on several Ohio Department of Education advisory committees and writing teams. Bob has been a frequent presenter in regional, statewide, and national conference programs. Since his retirement in June of 2007, He has been active as a STEM integration consultant for several school districts in Ohio.

William A. "Gus" Huber
Experience:History Teacher, Football and Wrestling Coach, Assistant High School Principal, Elementary School Principal, High School Principal, and Superintendent in two different school districts for a total of thirty two years of service in public education.
Expertise: strategic planning, school policy development and implementation, professional development for administrators, negotiations, and school operations and management.
Gus is committed to the process of public engagement to actively involve and enfranchise the community as an integral part of the public school system. He is committed to elevating student achievement by implementing programs and processes that provide continuous improvement within the context of Ohio’s Academic Content Standards. His experience developing strategic plans as a tool to accomplish effective public engagement to create strong school/community partnerships and improved student performance are exemplified in two school districts where he has provided such educational leadership. He is a recipient of the BASA Exemplary Leadership Award, a graduate of the Ohio School Leadership Institute, and recognized as a local Educator of the Year and Citizen of the Year for developing successful school/business/community relationships and partnerships.

Paul King
Experience:Social Studies Teacher, Department Chair, Coach, High School Assistant Principal, Middle School Principal, High School Principal, Human Resources Director (34 years in public schools)
Expertise: strategic planning, human resources, secondary school management and operation, educational leadership development, teacher and principal standards, presenter.
Paul has experience in suburban, rural and urban school settings. He planned and opened 3 new or reconstructed secondary schools with a total of over $50 million in construction cost. The Ohio Department of Education and the U.S. Department of Education selected Dublin Middle School as a Blue Ribbon School during Paul’s tenure as principal there. He has made presentations at local, regional, state and national conferences. He was a member of the Educator Standards Board that recently established standards for teachers, principals and professional development in the State of Ohio.

Experience:English Teacher, Principal, Superintendent in 3 districts, Manager- Instructional Computer Center serving seventy-two districts in a ten county area. (37 years in public schools)
Expertise: curriculum and instruction, strategic planning, technology integration, policy development, educational leadership, school finance, facility planning and school levy promotion.
John has a career long commitment to engaging the public in discussions regarding school concerns and issues and has published articles describing the importance and the power of the public engagement process.He is a founding member and current President of the Ohio Public School Dialogue, a non-profit organization which is dedicated to promoting public discussion on the topic of school funding in Ohio. John has received awards from the Buckeye Association of School Administrators for his leadership as a superintendent and leadership in developing effective and transformational uses of technology as well as two national awards from the National Association of Secondary School Principals (1998) and from the American Association of School Administrators (2003) for innovative and transformational leadership in the area of technology.

Barbara Travis
Experience: Music Teacher, Program Supervisor, Coordinator -Classified Staff Development, Consultant (16 years in public schools).
Expertise: Strategic planning, organizational effectiveness, program development, professional development and training, process and group facilitation, presenter, marketing and customer relations, extended learning programs.
Barbara has worn many “hats” in her involvement in processes, initiatives and programs that support teaching and learning. As a district administrator, Barbara has provided leadership and facilitation of cross-sectional teams working on Strategic Planning, School Improvement, Facilities Review, Multicultural Education and the Technology Plan. She was the co-facilitator of a district-level Professional Development Committee and regularly participated as a planner and facilitator for community/agency initiatives. Barbara also has offered consulting services in the areas of youth program planning and development and management systems to churches and school districts.
